Beautifully written with great references to scripture. I bought one for a friend and gave my copy to another friend! A great guide and read for any single woman.
A very good read for women who are serious about marriage and God, and how those two are related
This is a book that every parent should read and then give to their daughter(s) to read. I surely wished I had read this book 30+ years ago. However, I realize that it's never to late to renew my mind as I continue to grow in wisdom and relationship to the Lord.
Excellent book. I like how she talks about being a servant and going on mission trips even while you're waiting. Redeem the time; serve other couples and families. Lots of wisdom in this book from one who has walked the road.
Lovely book for all my single ladies out there needing a small reminder that being single is just a title!
This book has changed my life!
So many great insights, reminders, and study material. As someone who has mistaken lust for love all my life I really did not believe that I could meet a guy worth waiting for and this book redirected my thoughts back to God which I needed and changed my perspective.
Has a good message but I think the author is insensitive in addressing the issue and doesn't provide the insight in how to handle singleness and longing to be married. I felt she took an accusatory approach and blames people for not trusting God and being obedient to God's plan for our life. I think she could have been more sensitive in her writing and a little less blunt.
I am a 29 year old woman that has been divorced and now doing my dating life GODS WAY! EVery Christian single woman should read this book. I often buy two at a time and give them away! I started a small group at my church based off of this book. If you are buying this book so you can get a practical tip on singleness (why I got the book originally lol) I will just tell you, follow GOD! POINT BLANK PERIOD! nothing else works! But if you want to become whole and let God heal you and in the process find life with being single, BUY THIS BOOK. I currently have a boyfriend (didnt have one when I was reading the book) but if he oesnt live up to Gods standards and what I want, I would walk away in a heartbeat. Thanks to this book!
